Beliefs and Company Attitudes
Our Vision: to allow students to experience the rehearsal and on-stage techniques, skills, effort and team work needed to present and perform a modern musical on stage.
Unlike many other Theatrical Companies for young performers, Mt3 (One Vision) Ltd. is assisted in running its events by its students! The idea is to allow a realistic view of the setting up and creating of events as well as performance skills. The views of all students are taken into account, encouraging a positive and creative atmosphere.
We also intend to regularly arrange specialist workshops that will allow students to experience techniques in dance, musical theatre and drama taught by professionals at the top end of the entertainment/arts world. This will give the students extra experience as well as an understanding of the styles, methods and expectation of those who are creating and taking part in contemporary commercial dance and theatre work. Often performers out with London do not get the chance to be taught by such professionals.

Our Beliefs:
- we run as a company not as a school
- we work on that basis of everyone can contribute and everyone is equal
- we believe that the work should be fun and enjoyable for everyone
- we work as a very flexible company
- we aim to let anyone who wishes to experience and enjoy musical theatre to be involved
- there is no audition to join and no previous experience is needed
- through rehearsals and the activities we aim to build confidence, teamwork and pride in doing the best we can.
- we believe that company members should have a say in what they get to do
- company members may take rehearsals, and work on things that they think will be good
- we believe that everyone should be polite and respect the other company members
- personalities will clash now and then, but we believe that everything can be resolved peacefully
- saying sorry and making amends means so much
- only in drastic situations would we ever ask a company member to leave
